Payment Disclaimer
All payments, including those made by check, credit card, or other forms of electronic payment, are subject to verification and successful processing. In the event a payment is declined, fails to process, or is reversed for any reason (e.g., insufficient funds, expired credit card, or incorrect account information), an additional processing fee of $40 will be charged to cover administrative and handling costs. This fee will be added to the outstanding balance and must be paid in addition to the original amount owed.
By making a payment, you agree to these terms and accept responsibility for any additional fees incurred. Thank you for your understanding.
Late Payment Disclaimer
All invoices are due on the specified due date. If a payment is not received within 5 business days of the due date, a late fee of $30 will be charged per payment cycle (weekly).This fee will be added to the overdue balance and must be paid in addition to the original amount.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so please contact us if you anticipate any delays. However, by agreeing to our terms, you accept responsibility for timely payment and any additional fees should a late payment occur.

After Hour Policy
After hour fees for Newday55 are calculated starting immediately upon receiving a customer’s after hour service request. The calculation begins the moment our staff departs their current location-whether at home or elsewhere, to ensure prompt and professional after-hours response for our customer needs.

After Hour Payment
$200 minimum charge for the first hour
$50 for each additional 15 minutes thereafter
Materials/Equipment provided at cost plus a 15% markup
After Hour Acceptable Payment Method
For jobs $500 or less:
Full payment is due immediately upon completion of work (up to 2 hours and 15 minutes of labor).
For jobs $600 or more:
A 50% deposit is required upfront before any work begins.
Deposit
If the deposit is not paid, Newday55 will charge the customer the one hour minimum rate of $200 including the travel expenses outlined in the estimate.
Holiday Rates
Full upfront payment is required based on Newday55 estimate to complete the job.
$400 minimum charge for the first hour ($100 per 15 minutes thereafter).
Materials/Equipment provided at a 25% markup.
Non-Payment of Deposit: If a required deposit is not paid to initiate the job, the customer will be charged for all travel expenses and time incurred, as outlined in the estimate.
Cancellation/No Access Fee Policy:
After Hour/Holiday
For after-hours or holiday emergency calls, Newday55 requires a cancellation fee to cover the costs of preparing and dispatching for the job.
Cancellations Made Before Arrival:
If the customer cancels after the handyman has been dispatched but before arrival, a cancellation fee of $200 after hours & $400 holidays will apply.
No Access Upon Arrival:
If the handyman arrives at the location and is unable to begin work due to lack of access or customer unavailability, the customer will be charged a fee equivalent to one hour of labor after Hour $200 & $400 holidays.
